Since 1989 Colours, (originally founded as the
Streetrave Organisation) has been staging and promoting dance music
events all over Scotland and beyond with a conscientious attitude
that has witnessed them see off many of the original 'rave' promoters
and continue to rise in the regard of the most important people
in the Dance Music industry.
Colours have worked with, and built up extremely
good working relationships with, some of the biggest names that
dance music has seen over the years including Carl Cox, Pete Tong,
M People, The Prodigy, Sasha, John Digweed, David Morales, Frankie
Knuckles, Todd Terry, Roger Sanchez, Armand van Helden, to name but a tiny
percentage.
Nocturnal have worked on numerous projects for Colours including the Coloursfest
2006 Festival which was staged at the Braehead International Arena, on
the banks of the River Clyde, Glasgow. With support from Radio 1's outdoor stage
and broadcasting DJs such as Eddie Halliwell, Judge Jules and Paul
Van Dyk the 12000 sold out event was a huge success.
