It is fair to say that Azuli has become synonymous with the birth and evolution of house music in the UK and to this day remains the UK’s longest running house label.

From literally selling 12s out of the back of a van and his own Black Market Records shop (itself London’s spiritual home of house and dance vinyl) to having worldwide chart hits and putting together some of the most sought after mix and compilation series in what can now be loosely termed ‘dance’ music, Azuli has maintained its tight grip on quality control, international respect and credibility ever since its first vinyl releases in 1991.

Today Azuli continues to break the boundaries. The Choice series goes from strength to strength with international innovators such as Roger Sanchez and Richie Hawtin stepping up to create their own collection.

Azuli Records is proud to introduce HEADLINERS a new artist-led compilation concept that will offer the listener the latest in pure underground house and techno.

Award winning, midas' touch man Mr D. Ramirez gracefully agreed to get this project started and here's the result. An amazing mix of deep and tech-house numbers over CD1 and a harder, techier and equally amazing mix over CD2.

The annual biggie returns for Azuli. This Miami series has been pioneering since 1998 and is a massively successful round up to the finest tunes from the Miami Music Conference in March. It also serves as a taster and incredibly accurate predictor of the forthcoming summer hits.
